Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The raffle is open to individuals aged 21 years or older.
Employees, volunteers, and board members of ROVE and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Raffle Period:
The raffle will run from 6/8/24 to 7/10/24
3. Entry Requirements:
To enter the raffle, participants must complete the submission form..
4. Prize:
The prize for this raffle is a chance to win a One-Wheel Collection.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
5. Drawing and Winner:
The raffle drawings will take place between 7/10/24. The winners will be contacted directly.
The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 days of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize Collection:
The winner must claim the prize within 5 days of notification.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, it will be forfeited.
7. Taxes and Expenses:
The winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the prize.
8. Publicity:
By entering the raffle, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by Rove without additional compensation.
9. Compliance with Laws:
This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
10. Liability: - Rove is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. - Rove reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time for any reason. - Rove and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to the raffle.
11. Disputes: - Any disputes arising from this raffle will be resolved by Rove at its sole discretion.
