dry hits + air bubble
In cold environments it's possible that you will experience a dry hit that does not produce the desired vapor.
In order for the pod to perform at its best, oil needs to flow to the bottom of the tank so it can be absorbed into the atomizer.
Because the new pod has no central metal post to conduct heat, and because the potency of our oil causes it to be thick in cold weather, the oil tends to get "stuck" towards the top of the tank.
There are a few ways to get this oil to move down towards the bottom.
1. Use the preheat function on the battery by removing the pod and connecting the pod 2 times fast. The battery light will turn green when in preheat mode. You may have to use the preheat function multiple times to get the oil moving.
2. Store the pod upright at room temperature. Over time gravity should slowly move the oil down towards the bottom.
3. Use a hairdryer to heat up the pod and move the oil to the bottom. (This is the fastest method)
